Jake Lane

Director of Leadership Programs

As Director of Leadership Programs, Jake oversees Sphinx LEAD, the Sphinx Soloist Program, and the Sphinx Medals of Excellence program.

Jake launched his career as an intern with the Sitka Music Festival and later held administrative positions at the Florida State University College of Music and the Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Performing Arts. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from the Florida State University College of Music. Jake resides in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with his wife, their two cats, and their dog.
